Welcome to Wiggles Therapy! Founded in 2024, Wiggles Therapy is the culmination of a long-held dream for its founder, Dr. Shivani Rami, PT, DPT. Since beginning the journey into physical therapy, it has been her aspiration to establish a practice dedicated to pediatric care. However, Shivani’s journey into physical therapy began with a different path: initially, she was on a pre-med track with the goal of becoming a developmental pediatrician. However, she soon realized that her true passion lay in spending more time with her patients and making a significant impact on their daily lives. This, coupled with a love for sports and personal experiences with exercise and movement, led to a fulfilling career in physical therapy.

With six years of experience as a pediatric physical therapist, Shivani has gained extensive knowledge about early childhood development and is passionate about educating families and the general public on its importance. Wiggles Therapy aims to highlight how the foundation of movement established in the first years of life profoundly affects function in adulthood.
